The safeguarding of assessment materials is paramount in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. To prevent loss or theft, rigorous measures have been implemented, including secure storage systems, restricted access protocols, and regular audits to ensure compliance. Training programs are in place for personnel involved in handling assessment materials, emphasizing the significance of confidentiality and reinforcing adherence to established security procedures. If such incident were to occur VTCT will be informed immediately.

Safeguarding Position Statement:
West London Hair and Beauty Academy has a statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of our learners. Our staff recognises their duty to play a full and active role in protecting our learners from harm. We believe that our Academy should provide a caring, positive, safe and stimulating environment, which promotes the social, physical and moral development of the individual.
West London Hair and Beauty Academy is committed to ensuring that we:

Teaches learners to take responsibility for their actions and to understand that the use of violence to further this cause is wrong and criminal
